The TOG 1.0 weight is perfect for keeping our baby warm without overheating, and the updated design from this year feels noticeably sturdier than older swaddles we tried. Being able to unzip just the bottom for a 3 a.m. change means she barely stirs, and that extra sleep is pure gold right now.

The zip-bottom is a lifesaver when I’m half-asleep at 3 a.m.—diaper changes take seconds and my baby barely stirs. The TOG 1.0 weight is perfect for our warm room, and the swaddle wraps snugly without feeling too tight. Definitely worth it for those first exhausting weeks.
