Our wiggly girl finally sleeps longer stretches because she can keep her arms scrunched up by her face instead of fighting to break free. The TOG 0.5 weight is perfect for our warm bedroom, and the stretchy fabric moves with her during those 3 a.m. squirms without ever feeling restrictive.
The stretchy sleeves really do let my baby move her arms however she wants, which is a nice change from rigid swaddles. It's just not as snug as I hoped around the torso, so she still startles herself awake sometimes. Fine for naps, but not the full sleep solution I was expecting.
