The padding on the seat and back is just right, not too firm, and the glider moves in tandem with the ottoman so smoothly that my little one was out cold in under ten minutes. I've spent so many nights in this chair now and my back still feels great.
The glider motion is smooth enough for middle-of-the-night feedings, and the gray fabric looks nice in our nursery. Assembly took me longer than expected and the ottoman feels a bit lighter than I’d like, but it does the job for now.
